Fresh-pressed lime, minimal residual sugar, clean acid. The honest lime component that cocktail mixers have been pretending to have.

Smoked Soda

Mezcal · Aged Rum

Activated charcoal and a touch of smoked sea salt. Resonates with mezcal's smokiness; adds dimension to dark rum highballs.

Spiced Cola

Bourbon · Dark Rum

House-made cola concentrate: kola nut, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla. No artificial caramel colour. The Blenders answer to mixers designed for bourbon.

Elderflower Tonic

Gin · Vodka

Elderflower cordial with tonic structure. Floral forward, less bitter than standard tonic. For contemporary and floral gins where quinine would compete.
